Creating a will and trust is such a daunting task, especially since you want to get everything right so that your loved ones aren't stuck in court trying to figure out what your true intentions were regarding your legacy. Ms. Richman's expertise helped me avoid the many pitfalls that could arise with "wills" that are downloaded from the internet and filled out by non-lawyers. She is thoughtful and answered all of my questions and concerns. I recommended her to my boyfriend and his dad and they were pleased and relieved that she made the process simple and non-stressful.
