Attorney Karen Richman takes a personal, “hands on” approach to estate planning. Unlike some attorneys, she will not simply slide a pile of generic forms across a desk for you to sign, wrap them up in a nice binder and send you on your way. Rather, she will take the time to get to know you as a person—your greatest concerns, your dearest hopes for the future, and your dreams for your children and legacy. Only when she know you well, and you understand her planning recommendations, will she create a customized plan to meet your unique needs and goals.
In short, Karen hopes to establish a close, personal relationship you. Ultimately, she wants to provide you with the peace of mind that comes from having a customized plan in place for whatever the future holds.
Karen has been practicing law for more than 14 years. She earned both her JD and Bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University and has lived in Arizona since 1989. She is a member of WealthCounsel, a leading national network of estate planning attorneys, and has earned an Avvo rating of 10, the highest possible score.
Karen is a volunteer with Wills for Heroes, where she provides estate planning services to first responders in Arizona. She is originally from Vancouver, British Columbia. In her free time, Karen enjoys skiing with her husband and children in Alta, Utah.
